Villa Apap Bologna proudly stands as the official residence of the U.S. Ambassador in Attard, Malta. Serving as a symbolic representation of the United States, the residence embodies a deep sense of American pride while paying homage to the strong diplomatic relations with Malta.
This three-part project was completed in collaboration with the U.S. Department of State in an interdisciplinary studio. The residence restoration consisted of an inspired modern neoclassical interior design with bespoke furniture and intricate Maltese decorative elements, while the Poolhouse and Greenhouse were new additions to the villa.
