Flow is an educational environment that celebrates the diversity of international students at Iowa State University. Given the redesign of the Landscape Architecture building on campus, a new form of interior space will be created with design considerations of student growth, well-being, and learning.
As students come here from different backgrounds, cultures, and stories, it is the ocean that connects us all together. Flow is inspired by the interconnected levels in the ocean, where the highest level is filled with light and interaction. As the ocean deepens, the levels are reserved with more peace and stillness.
